Managed Backup & Recovery
Ransomware, deleted files or a dead server: we make sure your data comes back quickly, from copies attackers can't touch.
"It's in the cloud" isn't a backup plan.
Microsoft 365 keeps the service running, but protecting your data is largely your job. Ransomware and deletions sync everywhere, and attackers target backups first.
The 3-2-1-1-0 rule we follow
- 3 copies on 2 types of storage
- 1 copy off-site
- 1 copy immutable
- 0 errors, proven by restore tests

Common questions
Doesn't Microsoft back up our 365 data?
Not in the traditional sense. Deleted items are only kept for a limited time, and ransomware changes sync everywhere. An independent backup gives you copies Microsoft's retention can't lose.
What does "immutable" mean?
An immutable backup can't be changed or deleted for a set period, even by someone with stolen admin access.
Where is our data stored?
Encrypted, in secure Asia Pacific data centres. We can keep data in a specific country where rules require it.
When did you last test a restore?
We'll check your backups and tell you honestly if they're up to scratch.
